Vaughn starts tracking an assassin called Snowman. Sydney and Noah are sent after information that could lead them to Khasinau.

Sydney and Vaughn set up a risky mission that could lead them to Khasinau and in return to Sydney's mother. Will learns that Jack was one of his kidnappers.

Sark is turned by Sloan and is sent on a mission with Sydney to Paris. Will and Jack plan a mission also in Paris to find out who has been feeding him information.

In the season one finale Will is captured by Sark and tortured for information on "The Circumference". Jack and Sydney risk everything to save him. Dixon becomes suspicious of Sydney.

Sydney is shot by her mother but still manages to escape along with Will and Jack. Back home, Sydney begins her search for a missing Vaughn.

Sydney's mother (Irina Derevko) turns herself into the CIA but refuses to speak to anybody but Sydney.

Sloan kidnaps a mathematician to help him assemble a deadly Rambaldi device. Sydney contemplates whether or not to leave the CIA now that her mission to take down the Alliance is complete.

Sloan activates his new Rambaldi weapon. Sydney is captured while trying to acquire the weapon and Dixon is the only who can save her.

Vaughn is being invested by the CIA and they try to enlist Sydney's help. Jack and Irina attempt a risky mission to lure Sloan out.

The CIA desperately tries to track down Irina and Sloan after Irina's escape.

Neil Caplan is still held captive by Sloan forced to continue working on Rambaldi puzzles. Sydney goes against the CIA on her own mission to save his life.

The CIA is sent into scrambling mode after they decrypt a Rambaldi page foretelling an disaster that is only days away. Meanwhile, Dixon returns to work immediately following his wife's murder.

Will is suspected of being a double and Sydney does everything she can to prove his innocence.

In the season 2 finale, Sydney and Vaughn fight to take down Irina and Sloan for good. Will attempts to piece together his memories that could lead to the identity of the double.

Sydney wakes up two years later with no memory of where she's been and the world has changed around her. Dixon is now the head of the LA branch of the CIA, Jack is in prison, and Vaughn has left the CIA and is married.

Sydney and Jack continue to investigate Sydney's disappearance while the CIA negotiate to release Sark in exchange for one of their agents. Vaughn considers returning to the CIA.

Sydney must deal with emotions for Vaughn when he returns the CIA alongside his wife: Lauren. Jack scrambles to try to protect Sydney when a compromising video of her during her two year gap shows up.
