An arrogant, loudmouth boxer who is Rocky's first challenger and rival, but later on becomes good friends with him.


Apollo Creed was born in 1943. He was undefeated when he got the Heavyweight Champion of the World title. He remained undefeated until Rocky Balboa beat him in Rocky II. Ivan Drago later murdered Apollo in an exhibition match due to numerous hard blows to the face. He was buried with his Heavyweight Champion of the World belt .
