Arya Stark

Arya is the younger of Eddard Stark's two daughters, though it seems she would prefer she were a son. She has shown her skill at archery and practices at sword-fighting. Before her half-brother, Jon Snow, left for The Wall, he gave her a present of a rapier-type sword. Arya named the sword Needle, after her most hated womanly craft of needle-stitching.

As with the other Stark children, Arya had her own direwolf, named Nymeria. After a confrontation with Joffrey Lannister during which Nymeria bit Joffrey, Arya forced Nymeria to leave, or else the direwolf would have been killed.
