Bad guy dies convoluted and extremely painful death

Action movies have been around in one form or another since the beginning of film. Somewhere down the line, however, directors decided that the bad guys couldn't just die from a gunshot or, heaven forbid, be thrown in jail. No, the villain has to be shot in the head, stabbed with a machete, dumped off of a cliff, hit by a semi truck, eaten by alligators which are then eaten by sharks, then nuked into oblivion. Only then can we rest easy knowing that the world is safe from villainous scum.
