Black Dynamite is a kung-fu master, a former CIA agent, and a ladies man, but what's a man to do when his brother is killed in cold blood, drugs are flooding into the community, and a new "Anaconda" malt liquor is being sold around the country? The politicians won't help, the Black Panthers can't help, so Black Dynamite wages a one-man war against The Man in order to take back the streets and find out who really wanted to kill his brother.
