As Padme searches for a rumored Separatist weapons lab she is captured leaving it up to Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Ahsoka to rescue her a destroy the lab.

Plot Summary:

When the current Queen of Naboo shows evidence to Padme that there may be a secret bio-weapons lab hidden on Naboo, Padme goes looking. Evidence found on a droid suggests one of the Naboo swamps and when they find a river that has been poisoned they go through a nearby swamp. There, they are discovered by the Separatists and are taken prisoner. They are taken to the man in charge Dr. Nuvo Vindi who creating the Blue Shadow Virus, a disease that once threatened the galaxy long ago.

Anakin, his padawan Ahsoka, and Obi-Wan arrive on Naboo after being asked to help search for the secret lab. They discover Dr. Vindi's plan of planting virus bombs in multiple star systems and a way to get inside his lab. Ahsoka distracts the droids in the base by detonating a bomb at one entrance, and with the help of some clones, fights her way in long enough to allow Anakin and another team of clones to infiltrate the base.

Once inside the base Anakin finds where the hostages are held only to discover them being tortured, in order to save Padme's life Anakin and the clones surrender. Vindi leaves with his virus bomb, giving Anakin time to escape his bonds and free everyone else. Obi-Wan brings a bomb squad and they quickly find all the bombs but it may be too late. Vindi and one small droid both have detonators. Obi-Wan goes after Vindi but Vindi throws vials of the virus slowing Obi-Wan down long enough for Vindi to escape. Padme discovers the droid with the detonator just as the bomb squad disables the last bomb and Vindi is caught escaping the lab all just in time.
