High school chemistry teacher Walter White, discovering his inoperable lung cancer, resolves to amass a fortune to leave his family financially stable when he dies. Learning of the money to be made in cooking crystal meth, Walter contacts a former student, Jesse Pinkman, whom he knows to sell the drug.
Walter and Jesse have to learn to work with each other, in order to dispose of the mess they made in the desert.
