Star Wars: The Clone Wars

Plot Summary:

Jedi Master Luminara Unduli is transporting recently captured prisoner, and one of the leaders of the Separatists, Viceroy Gunray along with padawan Ahsoka Tano to Coruscant to face trial. Ahsoka doesn't understand why so much security is needed, especially the addition of Senate commandos, but Luminara warns Ahsoka of danger. The interrogations begin and the Jedi are getting no where fast, Gunray is not influenced so easily by the Force.

Luminara is right, Count Dooku has sent his apprentice Asajj Ventress to rescue or kill the viceroy. The attack begins and Asajj sneaks inside the ship unnoticed. Luminara heads off to stop the attack leaving Ahsoka to guard the viceroy. Ventress plants explosives in the ships engine room while the remaining forces she came in with are destroyed. Asajj then focuses on freeing the Gunray, she duels Ahsoka back into his cell trapping her in there, but Luminara shows up to prevent their escape only to have Ventress detonate her bombs.

With Asajj escaping Luminara pursues her and Ahsoka knows Asajj is too much for one Jedi to handle and she too follows. In the generator room Luminara and Asajj start dueling, but Luminara is easily overpowered by the Sith and is trapped under collapsed pipes. Ahsoka arrives in time though to save her but Asajj escapes again.

The Gunray manages to escape with the help of a bribed Senate Commando and head to a Republic ship. They manage to pick up Ventress who left via an escape pod and when she hears of the Senate Commandos bragging stabs him in the back with her lightsaber. Ahsoka and Luminara have failed in keeping the Viceroy but still managed to track the escaping ship.
