sorry if I mis spelled his name. I am watching this weeks episode and sadly I missed the first half of this season. So i am a bit confused. Is Peirce still a part of the group or has he been kicked out?

Yeah, they've made Pierce an even bigger dick throughout the season. It's a bit weird, but at least they're doing something with him, unlike Chang.
