Cameron Poe is an ex-Army Ranger thrown in jail for excessive use of force when defending his wife and slapped with the maximum sentence. Now, about to get paroled, Poe finds himself caught up in an escape scheme with a group of the nation's most hardened criminals.

Cameron Poe is an ex-Army Ranger who's imprisoned for the accidentally killing a man with special forces hand-to-hand techniques while defending his pregnant wife against three attackers. Receiving a full sentence of ten years from a strict judge Poe serves his time and is paroled seven years later, hitching a ride home on a prisoner transport plane full of hardened killers on their way to a new supermax facility. When the leader of these cutthroats, Cyrus "The Virus" Grissom executes a brutal escape plan Poe has to hide in the midst of monsters before getting his chance to make a break for it.
