Following the life of Nancy Botwin, Weeds is an award-winning dark comedy. The plot centers around Botwin and her attempt to deal with the sudden death of her husband by supporting herself financially by selling marijuana. The series has showcases Botwin's progressively dangerous lifestyle and escalating crime.
