An explosion traps a group of helpless commuters in a tunnel 72 feet beneath the Hudson River. Former Medical Services chief Kit Latura races against time, desperate to save the trapped survivors before water flowing into the tunnel drowns them. Kit traverses the maze of the tunnel's exhaust fans.
