HOLY SHIT...

This looks like a more effed-up version of Black Swan, if that were even possible.

That looks pretty tight, gonna check this out soon!

Hmm, is May really in the spirit of Defending Your Movie?  Considering the tweet even said we'd never heard of it, hence would be unable to attack it. :-)

edit: Whoops, prob should have watched the video first.  Rorie says as much.

I love this movie, when somebody asks for a horror recommendation this is what my go to is.

Wow.  So got to check this out.

I want to see it but my problem already with this (not having seen this yet) is I find it hard to believe she has no friends. I mean I can get the weird upbringing, but as hard as they may try, she's not ugly, even if shes socially inept.

I don't know, being a person myself who finds it hard to relate to people (as hard as I try haha) I have had friends despite the weirdness of me (because of my upbringing) so I guess what I'm trying to say is the story better be damn good and the character well developed or I'm going to have a hard time beliving it.

Definitely going to check it out, though.

This movie does not need to be defended. Haters are clearly buffoons.

I developed a crush on Angela Bettis when I saw her on Masters of Horror: Sick Girl. She has that creepy cute girl thing going on. And there is times in May that she is cute, then she goes bat shit.

I saw this movie YEARS ago... It laid dormant in my subconscious until Mr. Rorie bought it up on Behind the Screened Door.

I remember enjoying it, but I was quite young, will have to seek it out and watch again.

May is not a movie that needs defending, it was fantastic.

I liked May overall, but the last few seconds really hurt my opinion of it. The ending clashed with the rest of the movie so much that I've actually wondered if there's an alternate cut out there somewhere that's less hokey.

Anytime where there's a room with creepy dolls, its has the title of being scary for me.

@nicklott: Defending your movie encompasses films that have gone generally unseen as well.

I want a white Whiskey shirt so my black one will have a friend to play with.

So I was sort of half-tuned in, writing an e-mail to my boss, when the magic words "lesbian Anna Ferris" shot straight through my concentration.

The first movie that I liked Anna Faris in.  And sadly the last time she was a brunette.

Woah... I've actually seen this.

And I never see anything!
