The third Dragon Ball Z film which finds a new threat going after planet Earth and its up to Goku and his friends to save the world
Trivia:

Due to a translation error in the french version, it is implied that Turles and Goku are identical twins. In the actual translation, Turles explains his physical similarity with Goku by saying that there is not a lot of variety in the genetic makeup of the lower-class saiyans.
