Knowing that Spielberg went back into E.T. and digitally removed the guns and made them into walkie-talkies makes me feel a bit better about the existence of this extended trailer for ET-X: The Extinction, a (wholly fictitious) sequel to the original film. I won't spoil anything for you, except to say that while the video is a bit too long, it's still a vindication for those of who always knew that something sinister lurked behind those beady little eyes of E.T.
