• The Finding Nemo DVD is the best-selling DVD of all-time.
• Look closely at the toy treasure box in the dentist's office, if you look inside, you can see the head of 'Little Mikey', the beloved doll of Mike Wazowski from the previous Pixar film, Monsters Inc.
• The number "A113" has appeared in every Pixar film. In this film, it is the model number on the camera used by the scuba diver who takes Nemo.
• In the scene where Dory tries to read the name on the diving mask, she first reads "P. Shirley" before reading correctly "P. Sherman". Peter Shirley is a famous computer graphics researcher, who wrote several books on the topic.
• If you look closely when they show the baggie go out the window during Gill's escape plan you can see the Pizza Planet Truck drive by. The second car after the pizza planet truck is from the movie "Cars" which wasn't released until 2006.
• Great White shark in the rehab group is named Bruce, the same name Steven Spielberg called the mechanical shark in Jaws.
• The voice of Crush, the sea turtle dude, is Andrew Stanton, the writer and director.
• The Mermaid from the short film "Knick Knack" is seen inside the fish tank.
• If you look closely when Nigel hits the dentist's window, you can see Boo's mobile from Monsters, Inc. attached to the dentist's ceiling.
• When they show the kid waiting in the waiting room he is reading a comic, the person on the cover is Mr. Incredible, who is from the Disney/Pixar movie The Incredibles.
• While the credits are rolling you see most of the characters swim onscreen. Stay long enough and you'll see Mike from Monster's Inc. swim across with a scuba mask and fins.
• In the waiting room of the dentist office, you can see a Buzz Lightyear action figure lying on the floor
• As of 2010, 'Finding Nemo' is currently the highest domestic and worldwide grossing G-rated film of all time.
