Sandy is sent from Chicago to spend the summer with his Uncle Porter in the Florida keys. Thinking he's to cool for everything, his trip proves to be miserable until he befriends an orphaned dolphin he names Flipper. They have fun adventures together, but soon discover a toxic mystery.
