Bug Reporting

O.K., I know there will be a lot of initial glitches setting up this site, and people like me to annoy the heck out of the Staff, but I am hoping someone could be so kind as to offer input regarding what I've done wrong.  Again.   

When I signed up, I went to the Quest Log page.  On the bottom, there was a square green button with the headline, "Hello, traveller, I need someone to help me with this RAT problem."  The word rat being highlighted in green as a link.  Like a tool I clicked on it, thinking it was a Hidden Quest.  Instead,  it took me to a "404" page.  A hack?  A staff put it there to send me a message of some type?  I hope no one thinks I"m a "rat".  WTF?  I may be playing into a hack's hands, but damned if it doesn't irritate me.   
 
Also, I have had the dam "404" thing on my profile in my settings on Comic Vine for some time.   I go to Privacy and there it is.  I don't know what to do about it.  I have previously mentioned this without any input or resolution.  I am embarassed to admit I don't know what to do, but I don't know what to do.  
 
 I know everyone is very busy but I would really like to transfer my points from Comic Vine over here.  It would be nice, as I have over 1000 points.  If not, I can live with it.   
 
My MAIN concern is to throw a heads up and just ask if anyone can provide any input regarding any of this at all.  Please.  What am I doing wrong?  I realize this will elicit some smart a$$ comments so here's my preemptive "sshhhh"....

I appreciate your reply and assume that may be the case.  Now I sound paranoid but blast if this isn't frustrating. 
 
I already did read the page you gave the link to and attempted to provide a link to my profile on ComicVine.  Instead, I was informed the link went to a "404" blurb.  The same thing that is in my Privacy button on my profile on ComicVine.   How do I attach a url or link to my profile if I can't access my profile properly?  *ugh*  I have a feeling the answer is very simple and I'm incredibly ignorant.  Par for the course.  

What have I done wrong?  What am I doing wrong?  I can't figure out how to adjust any other info on my profile on ComicVine.

I assume you've fixed my problem(s).  Man if I don't feel like a whiney crybaby. *ugh*  While I excel in some areas, computers are NOT my forte'.
