Bug Reporting

I tried to add my old review from my blog to Saw ...the review page just keeps loading and almost immediately stops and brings me back to my review. I can see the title of my review on the lower right corner where the "blog posts,news" etc. are on the movie's page. I'm using Chrome and even tried adding the review using Mozilla but that didn't help either.

@DjCmeP: Hmm, it seems to be letting me add reviews. Are you just getting this on the Saw page or is it happening on every page? Also, which OS are you using?

@PatVB: I'm using Win7. I haven't tried it on other movies.

EDIT: The button on Saw 2 seems to be working... So I guess the problem is just on the SAW page.

@DjCmeP: Alright, I think I have a theory. Something broke the first time you tried to add the review, and it didn't get uploaded properly. Now, part of the system thinks you posted a review (hence your review appearing on the wiki), but the review never actually got posted. The reason you can't post it now, is because the system won't let you post two reviews for the same movie. I'll add @ethan and @gpbmike to this thread to see if they can help.

I had the same review on there originally when I made it but I deleted it and I added it to my blog. So maybe the page "thinks" I'm trying to add another review of the same movie which I'm pretty sure isn't possible. Could that help solving the problem?

@DjCmeP: How long ago did you first post the review? The one that shows up on the wiki is the most recent one, meaning the one that's broken went up sometime after April 11, 2011.

It was in August 2011 (I think)...

@DjCmeP: Yeah, it's sounding like that that one never got fully deleted, and that's what's screwing everything up. I don't think there's much I can do, but hopefully one of the engineers can help you out.
