Can't Add Images to Gallery

I'm trying to add images to the Tamra Davis "All Images" gallery to help build the page up. However, when I click on All Images, it brings up a pop-up menu like usual with nothing on it. I'm using Google Chrome, latest version.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Using Chrome and Firefox with Windows XP.

I'm not having this issue on Firefox and Mac OS X.  Hmm.

I can't add images to the site, make existing images my profile icon or add new pages to the wiki.
