My username is taken on another site 

 
We're seeing some conflicts in the air between names on the sites. Right now it looks like it's autoc-reating a dumb name based on your email. We're aware of the problem and will give everyone the opportunity to change the name for those accounts. It might take us a couple days, we're trying to attack billing based bugs at the moment but we will definitely get to it within the next week. Thanks for your patience.
 

I get a black screen when I try to charge my charge 

 
This is likely due to you using non-standard letters in your name or address fields. We're fixing this issue, but if you really want to sign up quick, just use standard US-alphabet and it will pass through. Don't worry, your card is not charged when it fails. 
 

How do I access the mobile site? 

 
Login to the site on your mobile phone, if it doesn't redirect you properly type in m.giantbomb.com and it should show up. 
 

How do I get to my multi-pass after I'm on Giant Bomb

How do I UNLINK an account on my multipass 

You'll be able to do this next week from your whiskeymedia profile page. From there you can link up a different, previous profile. 
 

I paid for a month but get an email saying I was charged for year? Whuut.

I can no longer login to my account since the facebook login is gone.

To fix this, go to this link to set a password.   https://auth.whiskeymedia.com/siteaccount/reset/?from_site=giant-bomb  This will send you a password since fb connect users have no password

I'm unable to make an account over at GB/AV/CV because it keeps making me try and login as 'Joe', an account I do not own.

It has me as a new account on Giant bomb, but when i click on summary all my old information is still there.

Is your old username still banned?  My old account on GB was called StormtrooprDave but it got banned for spam (this was back at the start when people were posting all sorts of porn pics and everything!) so now I use SquadBroken but it would be great to have the same username on all the sites.

Kind of don't know where to put this, but this seems like the place and I can't find anything on my specific problem. Firstly, I'm using Firefox 3, on Vista, and since the Multi Pass was implemented I've been unable to log into my Giantbomb after a couple days of it going live, but I managed to link this account and my Giantbomb before it didn't let me log in. I get to the whiskey media login page and I log in, but after I do it goes to a white screen, and when I try to log in again it goes straight to a white screen. Thanks for any help.

Um, I am indeed a paid member and that is evident on other Whiskey sites but for some reason my medallion is not showing up on Screened. How does one fix this?

I have an account on GB and a gold multipass and I wanted to create an account here on screened as well. So I was already signed in with the multipass and choose to create a new account, and it automatically created a new account. The problem is I never got to choose a user name, it seemed to auto generate it from my GB name, that is OK since I wanted the same name, however it created it in all lower caps and that's not how it was on GB :(  
 
I read the post above and hope I'll be able to change it in the future. Just wanted you to know about the issue.

@ethan: This may be a stupid question and its just too early in the morning but how do I go about making an Anime Vice profile now? When I click on the AV section on the multipass screen it keeps asking me to "Verify your previous Anime Vice Account" which I don't have. It wants me to sign in as "Christina" but that isn't my account right? It didn't just automatically make an account for me with my username did it? Because I checked out that profile and it isn't in use. So I am confused as to whether that is my account, or if it isn't how I make a new one?

 If you completely log out from Whiskeymedia here auth.whiskeymedia.com, then go to Animevice, you should be able to sign up for a new account.    

I can't link my account to GB and CV because apparently there are users with the same name there. When I try to link the accounts it always asks for the old password (which I don't have because I just sign upped for the first time ever).
