What's going on with quote times?

The time stamps on quotes are now showing actual time (12:14 a.m.) instead of playtime in the movie (0:12:14).  Any reason for the change?  I guess this can make sense for TV shows, but I feel like I missed an update or something.

@Vichyssoise: This will be fixed after the next deploy. Not sure what happened there. Might be related to our Django upgrade.
