I reviewed Bully as well as updating its page.

My review of The Raid: Redemption. Yeah, I didn't like it. I know I'm in the minority. I suppose it's only fitting someone fights me about it. =D

Also a review of Lockout, which is not exactly a good movie but anyone who loves 80s action sci-fi will probably end up digging on some level.

Criterion Cuts continues the three week look at the Three Colors trilogy with White, a singularly strange middle chapter.

Directed Viewing charts the dawn of man and our journey to the stars with the science fiction classic—2001: A Space Odyssey.

Serious About Series veers into the unpopular opinions with a piece basically telling you that Aliens is stupid. Yeah, I went there.

I reviewed The Cabin In The Woods today (boo for missing the cut off window by 12 hours!) and loved just about every single second of it.

If there are any more things I can add to this space by the end of the week, I'll edit it in here.

@litrock: challange accepted though having read your review it sounds like you wanted more gun play and less elbow to face while I am the opposite.

Review: Raid: Redemption

@MrMazz: Well, it was more that I found the SWAT invasion and gunfight stuff to be the most interesting part, not that I particularly like it over dudes beating each other (I do not). I just thought the fight choreography was rather pedestrian.

Good news and bad news, duders. (And you get to choose!)

The Good News/Bad News is that after much delay and laziness on my part, I (will) have (by Friday) the previous MLP episodes' summaries typed up: Ponyville Confidential and MMMystery on the Friendship Express . Additional credit to Bestostero for doing some minor edits where I was absent.

The Good News/Bad News is that Season 2 is coming to an end this Saturday with a two-parter, so the pony updates will cease temporarily after next week.... if I do it on time. That means I'll have to work on my backlog of TV shows and episode summaries. Any one want to give me $100 so I can buy all the Regular Show episodes off of iTunes?

I debuted this wiki project thread to Screened and added a lot of stuff for the Spit Take and Hit to the Groin cliches. Many thanks to ArmedBear for helping me out with one of 'em.

Also, nice opening picture! XD

I sadly have not had a good chance to write until now this week, but hey, at least I got to preview season 3 of Louie and talk about its short but exciting teaser! I also covered the trailer for Steven Soderbergh's Magic Mike, the premise of which is damn CRAZY. And hopefully I'll get some reviews done tonight. We'll see.

Woah, did you have some early press pass or screening? If so, that's pretty great.

Welp, I've been rather busy this week.

I uploaded multiple new blogs, including If You Liked That Cabin in the Woods edition, It Can Be Done! focusing on Video Game movies, Grown Ups Talkin Bout Cartoons for Ultimate Spider-Man, and Movies that Make for a Great Date talking about Beginners.

I also added two movie reviews, one for Cabin in the Woods, and one for The Raid: Redemption.

And on the forums front, I started up the Best and Worst Endings forum, as well as put up a little game where you can Test Your Movie Monster Knowledge.

New pages:

Cliches: Lady in Red (we could use more pictures in this gallery) / Sabotaged Sporting Event

Concepts: The Great Depression / Cult / Leaning on the Fourth Wall / also wrote up the French New Wave page

And because you're all dying to know, I made a list of musicians in the database which I enjoy listening to. You're welcome.
