I've seen a lot of different types of formats being used on the site, is there a general consensus on how to do this?

I've seen people just go 1, 2, 3,season 2 and continue with 4, 5, 6, etc, season 3 and continue on from where the last one left off.

I've seen people do 1, 2, 3.... season 2 and starts over with 1, 2, 3, etc, season 3 start over at 1 again and so fourth.

This is a problem that was never resolved in the early days of Screened and it certainly won't be fixed now. What I think makes the most sense is to label them exactly how the show does (or at least as close as you can get with our weirdly limited wiki. Many shows label their own episodes 101, etc. the first digit denoting the season, and the last, the episode. But we can't enter them like that here.)

Another problem that it causes is that images and quotes for say, episode 01 of all the seasons are seen as one episode. But yeah...

just do what the show itself does. :)

It certainly is middled but I usually go by the episode numbering of the actual show.
