Hey,

It'd be handy if, when flagging a post, we could add a reason to why we're bringing it to the moderator's attention. Either through a list selection and/or a box to fill out. This would help avoid confusion and make the reason for the flag clear.

Thanks.

I have a small question about Flagging or more specifically Flagging for reasons of "Clicking" If I understand correctly Clicking is when some one just posts a link to their site, but I want to be sure.

So what is "Clicking" and why is it Flagged?

@the_referee: Not sure what you mean by clicking. But if someone just posts a link to a website and that's it we usually consider it to be spam. It doesn't drive a discussion and clogs up the forums. There are ways to drive discussion while sharing some websites or videos but simply posting a link and saying "check this out!" will get you flagged and moderated every time.

As for the notes when fagging something, that sure would be nice. But 9 out of 10 times I can look at something and tell if it needs to be moderated or not. If you do have something that you want to flag but don't think we won't get the reason, feel free to message us directly to deal with any issue.

Well thanks again. I used the term "Clicking" only because I read some one else use it, however now I can't remember whom or what thread it was.
