I was told by admin FinalDasa via email:

"Instead of changing the name please list the page in our delete thread in our editing forum. "
However, I couldn't find any specific delete thread. I just want my information removed from the site.
Great site, great people, but I just want to remain private.

Hover your mouse on the word forum. There should be a menu that pops up. Under the word main forums, click on editing and tools. Then on the next page, click on "request a delete duplicate."
