So, inspired by the awesome new series featuring Matt, Ryan, and Norm competing by guessing opening weekend box office totals, I thought it would be cool if the community got a little involved as well.

My idea was that if anyone wants to compete, they'll just post in this thread with their guesses. Deadline to get guesses in is Friday at midnight. We'll use this same thread week to week and I'll update this post with the results and overall tally.
How scoring will work is we'll total up the value of your guesses and compare it with the total actual box office totals for the movies in question. Person who's closest takes the week and we'll keep a running total until the send of season 1 (6 week season).
New scoring system
After looking at the numbers with the original scoring system I noticed it was flawed, so I've come up with something more accurate. We'll take the difference between guessed total and actual total for each film and then add up the total differences. For example, if I guessed $10 million for Movie A and $15 million for Movie B and they both earned $12 million, I'd end up with a total difference of $5 million (instead of $1 million with the old scoring system).

Fishow17 is the winner with an uncanny difference of just less than $4.5 million!
Ryan scored a middle of the road 5th place while Matt was second last. No one lost harder than Norm though who was off by more than $25 million.
