Hey Screened Pups! As you've probably noticed, there wasn't exactly a ton of news hitting Screened today. posted an update on the fourth season of Arrested Development and also posted a "What to Watch" for today. Here's some stuff the crew wasn't able to get up:
Anthony Hopkins as Hitchcock
Sacha Gervasi's Hitchcock, starring Anthony Hopkins as the titular director, started shooting last Friday. As a result, we've been treated to the first image of Hopkins in character.
The film is based on Stephen Rebello's book Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho and will also star Helen Mirren (Hitchcock's wife Alma), Scarlett Johansson (Janet Leigh) and Jessica Biel (Vera Miles).
New Ender's Game Photos Revealed
Two new photos from Gavin Hood's film adaptation of Ender's Game have been released through the movie's official tumblr. The two images show Ender's monitor as well as Ender's room. You can get full descriptions by visiting the tumblr.
The film, which stars Asa Butterfield, Harrison Ford, Ben Kingsley and Haliee Steinfeld, is set for a November 2013 release.
Silent Hill: Revelation 3D Gets a Release Date
The next Silent Hill film--Silent Hill:Revelation 3D--has been given a release date. The film, which was picked up by Open Road, will land in theaters on October 26, 2012. Sean Bean, Radha Mitchell, and Deborah Kara Unger will return, along with new cast members Adelaide Clemens, Carrie-Anne Moss, Malcolm McDowell, and Kit Harington.
