May the Forth be with you is one of the geekiest holidays possible, and like most holidays it has its celebrations.

So what do you do on May 4th? Are you trying to dry out before Cinco de Mayo? Are you watching your favorite Star Wars flick?

I saw The Avengers and because I did not enjoy that I am going to instead play some Star Wars video games with Empire on loop in the background

Yes, I am going to treat this day as a day of mourning over those three prequels.

@obscurefan: And I am going to mourn over the edits from the blue ray version of the original trilogy.

A day to think that Star Wars sucks and always kinda did. The first was alright, the second was the best a movie could be within that universe, and the third was definitely a film. The prequels though, yeah. They were, wow.

Holy cow, I almost forgot about those. Well in that case let me give a big old "NOOOOOOOOOOO" to this day. Star Wars has now become the Eddie Murphy of film franchises, nose diving from great to terrible but people still hold out hope for it.

I literally only figured out what today was like an hour ago. I was like Star Wars day, what the hell is that? Then I realised the date. I'm an idiot I know.

I out to a book store today and I saw four stormtroopers in the magazine aisle. Books have been taken over by the Empire!

My plans involving 3 Salacious Crumb plushies, a Wookie mask, and a lubed up Asajj Ventress scale replica lightsaber are private, thank you very much.

I just watched Chronicle. Great movie.

Later I might take some friends to go see The Avengers. I heard it was tops.

I think a lot of people may go forth to watch The Avengers this weekend.
