Hey there folks, sorry that this episode is a week late, but... well... I was kind of swamped this week. But the good news is that there were no technical problems on this episode (at least none you'll notice because I'm just that good of an editor) so you can enjoy it and miss nothing. This week we talk about the Olympics and our favorite sports films, as well as cover the next set of nominees for the Screened Pups' Favorite Movies List. So join me, Kevin, Jackson, and Nick and have fun.

The podcast is slowly inching closer to being four hours long.

I could have just talked about BASEketball alone for four hours, so... we actually did pretty well.

I think my favorite part of the podcast is when the conversation about Akira turns into a conversation about Digimon.

Rhythmic gymnastic is a legit Olympic sport. When was the last time you threw a 1 pound ball 20 feet into the air and caught it? Someone could get seriously hurt if it goes wrong. I think you're being unfair with the sport. It's more about timing, hand coordination and creativity rather than endurance. Although that does play a factor. Anyway that was just my one pet peeve. I really liked that mention for Shaolin soccer. It's not often that I hear people talk about that one. Thanks for the audio show, Usually these things are 2 hours max but 3 hours is just pure love.

I'm not gonna lie, halfway through I had to stop the podcast so I could go and watch some BASEketball clips.

Then we did our job.

I want to listen to this just remember everything we talked about, but I'm like Brad "The Brad" Shoemaker, I don't like hearing my own voice when I'm not speaking. I'll try one of these days...maybe.
