On an experiment of impulse, I decided to watch the Star Trek movies to try and get an idea of why Star Trek is popular, as I have never understood the whole thing. Save for the 2009 movie which I saw in theaters and liked.

It's been nearly four days since I started the first movie.... I just finished the last one Nemesis.... suffice it to say I understand why people like Star Trek... I am on Star Trek overload right now though. Oh God! LOL

I'm glad you're enjoying the Star Trek movies, buddy, but you might want to take a break so you don't lose your enthusiasm, and also that you don't lose you mind.

That's my advice, though, so do what you will.

I think the 2009 movie is really quite quite bad. And Nemesis is quite quite good. Take from that what you will.

And don't stop. Watch everything star trek in order. RIght now.

This is the best course of action.

Madness! Watch DS9 seasons 4-7 and then the first episode of Enterprise, the jump to the LAST episode of Enterprise season 2 and go from there. This will give you the ultimate Star Trek experience without having to wade through hundreds of Voyager, TNG and TOS episodes where everyone just acts like idiots and turns into lizards. It is known.
