@GiveUpNed: I guess you didn't see this post.
Or the two videos that have gone up since, they are articles with "VIDEO:" in the headline. You should follow ScreenedPups or Screened on twitter for updates on the site.

I don't think they have the hardware to upload the videos directly to the site, but they're on YouTube and posted as news stories.@FinalDasa said:
@GiveUpNed: Video content has been added. There are about 3 new articles everyday. And the forums are just as "active" as they have been the past few months.
I guess it's the difference between pessimism and optimism.

I wouldn't blame him for overlooking it. When I was thinking of video content, this isn't what I had in mind.
Ooh! This looks like a good thread for a catch up. I've been away from here for a good three months for various reasons, but it looks like there are glimmers of improvement. Has this happened or are we still yearning for the good ol' days and all that every minute?
@Paulrus: Things have definitely improved since 3 months ago. Here is what you missed:
@Paulrus: On the daily content, there are some spelling mistakes and awkward phrasing on bad days, but those are pretty rare. Overall, I would say that with it is satisfying, especially now that Litrock has started writing reviews for the site. I look forward to his reviews because you never know what film he will review and what score he will give it. An example of this would be his Cosmopolis review. As for the wiki, we have begun a purge. We're trying to get rid of generic pages such as death and blood. I can't tell you if the number of wiki editors has decreased or if the amount of content added to the wiki has decreased. You're going to have to ask the moderators for that. By the way, PatVB has returned after his vacation in the real world after some time.
@Acura_Max: Litrock, eh? Unfortunately, I forgot who he was, other than "that guy with the Daffy Duck avatar." Haven't been one to follow user activities, bad or good, but I'll tell ya, I'm only two paragraphs into that review you linked and.... damn, he's no doubt someone we need.
While it took a few minutes to sink in, the generic purge does sound like a good idea, since going through a century of films just to find out which ones had a character wearing a hat at some point is ultimately tedious. Now it'll be a question of enforcing that and encouraging the creation of specific ideas. But I rather see more collaboration on the wiki, (Have I mentioned that enough?) especially on TV episodes and obscure stuff. We need some genre experts in here to spill their knowledge, because a handful of regulars can only do so much when we all have personal lives and shit.

If you like Litrock's stuff. Here is his blog. It has everything he has ever written.
As for the wiki, I would contact either @FinalDasa or @PatVB. If you look over at Anime Vice's wiki, they are doing exactly what you have suggested. I find myself typing this alot, but their wiki is becoming quite impressive. It is not as good as Comic Vine's but still very good. Lately they have been standardizing their wiki. Like character profiles pictures that are the same size and requiring permission from a moderator to edit a wiki. Not only that, they spotlight top wiki contributors and have a small race to see who can reach a certain amount of wiki points.
