@VioletEyedDragon:  I think they can afford to take 2 to 3 years with the sequel.  It isn't like Jennifer Lawrence is actually 16.  The only actor they would possible need to replace is the girl that played Prim Everdeen.    I might be wrong but I don't see the Hunger Game Trilogy as a fad like the Twilight series.  
 
When did Hollywood think that it became necessary to shit out sequels as fast as possible?

i dont know but it is a real problem. They should take their time.
