This movie is terrific and shocking at times. It may be the most uncomfortable movie I ever watched. The first time I saw this film, it was during a film class. Later on that year, I was put in the maddening position of forgetting the title and only being able to describe it as "The movie with the crazy lady".
Although this movie does start a little slow, the acting is profoundly well done and has to be one of the most accurate depictions of "a woman under the influence" (of crazy).
Well done, I hope this post helps someone see this movie.
