Hidden Gems

Its a story about the undying devotion of Mae Nak to her husband Mak and her child. This is so strong that when she died of childbirth before Mak came back from a war, her spirit lived on as if she was still alive. After he came back from the war Mak spends a few days with her not knowing that his wife and child are actually spirits and his hut is in ruins. His fellow tribesmen first avoided his family but as they tried to warn Mak that his wife and child are dead Mae begins killing them. At first Mak is angry at his old friends but he finally sees the truth after following advice from a Buddhist monk and he asks help from the Buddhist monks of the area.
