I'm sad to say most of the stuff I haven't heard of on this list have been the same cute-broken-voiced-indie-pop I've grown away from a few years back. But still, some fun picks.

I'm just feeling like being a little bit anti, at the moment. Hope you don't mind.

El Camino by The Black Keys is such a great, fun album. I'm a bit weirded out by where the band's sound has gone over the years (I miss the rawness of their first few albums), but I think this was their best record since Magic Potion.

Deafheaven, Wolves in the Throne Room, Tombs, and Gridlink? You're my favorite, Alex.

I saw Fucked Up. They live up to the name, fantastic band, would recommened anyone give them a try. The vocals will probably be a hurdle for some.

I don't think I have listened to a single full album from that list.

@Hawkeye: If you're serious, I would totally apply to be on your site.

very pleased to see dj shadow on your list, i really hope it takes less time for him to release albums in the future (the wait is unbearable) :P

@DrPockets000: I kind of was at the time, but now that school is in full gear I don't know how much time I really have right now.

Animals as Leaders, nice. I preferred the first (mainly due to Song of Solomon), but still.
