Off-Topic

I still have all of the questions from the last blog entry to get through, but if anyone wants to throw in a couple more (either in that post or in this one), feel free to do so and I'll try to record something tomorrow and post it sometime this week or on the weekend. Apologies for the delays in getting it done; it's been a weird couple of weeks.

EDIT: Hey, I'm having some issues with my webcam, so this might have to wait until next week. Apologies! I should've just recorded this a couple weeks ago like I intended. I'll head to work tomorrow and see if I can get something fresh from the Tested people.

Also, any advice for someone who wants to move to America eventually? Like, how's San Francisco in comparison to wherever else you've lived? Ireland is an economic black hole that I will need to leave someday...

Do you have any plans to take a vacation? You've been seeming a little burned-out lately, and I think a nice break may be in order. If you took a week off, I'd be willing to pitch in and write some of the news stories and regular features (e.g. What to Watch, DVD Releases) and I'm sure the other mods and users would be happy to help as well. I feel bad seeing you work so hard and not get much time off and I'd like to help if I can.

I haven't looked at the other thread, but if you could maybe offer some sort of update on the freelancers you were talking about picking up towards the end of last year? Burning questions!

Hey Rorie, I have two questions. You can ignore the first if I'm mistaken though.

You had mentioned that you took speech therapy classes before (I might be mistaken here) but I was wondering if you could explain that process or recommend any programs. Interested in taking speech therapy.

Second- what do you think is/was the most misguided book to film adaptation that you've ever seen (a film that has little to nothing to do with the book or a film that takes great book & turns it into an unwatchable movie)?

Hey baby, I assume you went to college. What did you study and what were you working toward instead of working on games or Screened? Also with the limited release of the Tim and Eric movie, who do you think the audience is for Tim and Eric?

I apologize that I haven't gotten this done yet. I've had some issues with my webcam that I need to figure out over the next few days; I know it's been weeks since I did one of these. If I can figure out what's going on I'll record it this weekend.

Sorry, I neglected to get my webcam fixed. I ordered one for two-day shipping from Amazon so hopefully it'll be here this Friday.
