How do you connect to Facebook?

I need to know for the quest.

I have tried to do it twice now, and it does not seem to take.  Once you post a blog you are able to click on the option to link it to facebook, but I have not been able to do it at all.  I am wondering if there is a glitch with this, or if it is just me.  I had no problem doing it on the Giant Bomb side of things.

Click your screen name on your bar at the bottom and there's a button to link to facebook on the bottom right.

Is there any way to DISconnect from Facebook?

@Astroknot3:  go to your application settings and then remove it.

Is this still active? I need to connect to Facebook to complete the quest, I simply can't find it.
