New Quest Set: Around the World in Eight Terrible Accents

We just launched a new quest set called, " Around the World in Eight Terrible Accents" ... can you track them all down? 
 
UPDATE: This Quest Set name has been changed to:  You're From Where?!

The secret achievement was my favourite. Even his own accent is rubbish.

It's based around a famous Scottish actor. Two of the films are from the same franchise (you'll see a *very* foreign name).
One he won an Oscar for, and the other has a good hint in the other thread. (searching for a month of a certain colour)

I think the lame Boston Accent Quest (the "haavaah yaahd" one) is bugged. I found the actor but when I visit the movie mentioned in the hint it does not unlock.

Quests weren't too tough aside from the Tartar one for me.  Still straining the brain on that one.   
 
I can see the Haaaaaaavaaaaaaahdd one being tough for some people because...well, hell...it wasn't that great of a movie, nor that popular. 
 
Good quests, gents!

I know what movie To Be or, Like Not To Be is referencing and I have gone to all of the movie pages related to that movie and it is not registering.  Am I doing something wrong?
EDIT: The title of the quest does not reference the movie you want it to.  Maybe change the name to better help people out.
