Yeah, I'm having more trouble with this than I think I should be. I knew instantly who I was looking for in Sunday Morning Coming Down but I cannot for the life of me figure the rest of that one out.  Then I've stumbled upon a few things that have popped for the others but I'm not finding any real common theme that actually leads me to finish.  And I have no idea on the party one.

HINTS:

Sunday Morning:
1. He used to be into country, now he is into vampires...dead vampires.
2. This causes hangovers and feelings of euphoria, not quite in that order.

One More!:
There is a concept that covers this idea. Think about one night out movies with lots of drinking, lots of smoking, and lots of dumb decisions. 

"Enablers":
1. He plays the guy in an upcoming post drinking movie that is best described as a lovable dick.
2. The one I got for this loves pot, then left his job at a hospital to work at the White House.

House Party:
Seriously, its the place all bachelor parties should be held.

Wait, that doesn't even make sense.  Those guys in that movie didn't have "one too many", they were drugged.

@finaldasa: Ah, I wasn't being nearly generic enough on Sunday Morning.  

I've managed to finish up the others but the party still isn't popping for me.... wait, never mind.  I was thinking of a business but not the place where that business reigns supreme perhaps.

Number 10!  That's a first for me.  If I hadn't been so hung up on Sunday Morning I would have been much faster at this.

Sorry...can't get enablers to save my life and the hints aren't even kinda sorta helpful as they appear to lead nowhere. Anybody with some more hints?

Enablers:

#1:  This guy, was a little easier than I thought. Don't over think it.  Like he said, he's from a movie that will be out soon!

#2:  You might find this guy, "Down by da Beach!!!"
