All of these are pretty simple. Thought I knew how to get the Helping Hands one, but when I tried it, I didn't get it. Anyone have another hint?
You just need to send a private message (not a wall post) to a new user.

Does anyone else think this set is a little sleazy? I love meeting people and making contacts, but it should be for things that interest you about a person. If you want followers on Screened, it's great motivation to be active in the Wiki's and the forums. So making it part of a quest sort-of takes that part out of it. I predict lots of new user "followers" who will stop when this thing has expired, and a wave of PMs saying "this is for a quest.".
I don't know how actively I shall be pursuing this quest because I feel weird sending out PMs and writing on walls about things people may already know anyhow. But I did the following one, and as long as feeds keep updating I plan on keeping the follows going.
I don't mind the quest as long as people use it to be supportive for the community and welcoming and not just to boost some points and then drop everyone. that's a waste of a good opportunity.

I just can't figure out what they mean by "helping" pm. What do you do there?

@feargalr: I can't remember this one but after looking at my quest history the description (which usually changes upon completion) for Helping Hand is:
Send a PM to a new user that contains some 'helpful' text.
I guessing the PM has to contain the word "help" in some way, but I honestly can't remember. Don't forget this is for PM's - not wall posts. Feel free to send me a PM to test it, but maybe it's just for new users. Sorry I can't help more!
