Quest bug?

I'm trying to get the following quest

but I've watched two trailers now, Source Code and Your Highness, both of which were posted in November 2010, but I still haven't gotten the quest yet. Is this a bug?

OK, I've completed the quest by watching the trailer for The Zookeeper, which was posted earlier in November 2010 than the other two.
