I'm completely stumped.  I can't seem to come up with anything related to the picture (Skeletons in the Closet) or the clue.  Any offered direction would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I'm pretty stuck, too. At first I thought it had something to do with The Pelican Brief. I was wrong. ;_;

@Moridin: check out the Highly Trained Professionals thread in this forum.  It has two really good hints for this one that helped me get it.
