Question for Screencast:

With the popularity and success of many standard movie monsters throught the years such as vampires, ghosts, zombies and even Frankenstein's monster, I've noticed a distinct lack of decent werewolf movies. The only werewolf movie I recall ever having any success or standard of quality is Brotherhood of the Wolf. With this in mind, can you suggest any decent werewolf movies of any era?

Question for the Screencast:

I just recently watched all of the recent Doctor Who seasons on Netflix.  I was blown away by the show. The engaging characters and the emotional range of Doctor Who is nothing short of incredible.  I was wondering if you have watched any of the series and, if you have, what are your impressions?

Love the show.

Question for Screencast:

How crazy was it  that Timothy Olyphant played the role that he did in Rango?

Question for Screencast:

What do you guys think of Christopher Titus as a stand up comedian? I think he's one of the best working in the business working today. His jokes about his personal experiences with dysfunctional families, suicide and divorce is some of the darker stuff I've heard in stand up comedy, which I think is what makes him unique and will reserve him a place in the comedy hall of fame.

Question

Hey guys. over here in the UK we've had a great run of pitch dark comedies in the last decade: Monkey Dust, The League of Gentlemen, Psychoville  (check out the Silent Singer - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yX7WzvA1YqA&feature=related). They're seriously funny and kind of horrific as well. Is there anything similar from your side of the pond? Comedies that seem to be plucked from the bowels of Hell and which are all the funnier for it?

Cheers

I don't know if this will be seen but it's a technical concern about the podcast.  Listening to the 7/18 episode, Alex's voice levels seem really high in comparison to Rorie's voice levels.  I end up hearing Rorie as a whisper and Alex screaming into my ears.  Also in the past few episodes I've been hearing these bass noises like someone is thumping on the wall in the room.  It's pretty annoying and happens randomly.  Anyways, if any of these concerns could be addressed, that'd be great, thanks.

Hey guys,

How's it going?  I'm a HUGE fan of you guys.

My question is:  With movies coming out this year like The Smurfs, Jack and Jill, Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked, and next year with Battleship, do you think the end of the world is officially upon us?  Also, WHAT IN THE BLUE HELL can we do about it?  I would suggest murdering all the people who green lit these movies.

Matt in Baltimore

Given that it has been announced that Michael Bay will return to rape our eyeballs with another Transformers movie I got to thinking, what director could handle the franchise better? Basically what I am asking is what director do you think could raise Transformers out of the gutter?

Oh and 'yes' and 'any' are not valid responses.

Thanks guys.

Hello Rorie and Navarro.

I decided to go back and watch the worse or worser episode of Lethal Weapon 3 & 4. And I was wondering, if you guys were to make another episode, which film sequels would you guys have chosen?

Screened Puppies, Rorie & Alex don't check this thread for Screencast questions, so you gotta put those questions in the "Questions for [date] Podcast" threads that pop up before the podcast is recorded. Speaking of which, I should probably make a thread for that.
