One of these things is not like the other.
One of these things is not like the other.

Christmas programming is in full effect! We've got Christmas specials, Very Special Christmas episodes of things, and also a couple of things that aren't Christmas-related at all, because they're probably secular and thus evil. Let's get to it!

Glee

8PM - FOX - Chord Overstreet returns to help the glee clubbers get better before sectionals. As it turns out, he's a male stripper now. I guess if you're a senior in high school, that's reasonable. But still...

New Girl

9PM - FOX - Zooey Deschanel and Justin Long are ready to have sexy sex! And apparently that involves Zooey talking like a 1930s flapper, because of course it does.

A Michael Bublé Christmas

8PM - NBC - Finally, the Christmas variety show I've been waiting for! Guests include everyone from Justin Bieber to Tracey Morgan. My sincere hope is that those two appear together.

Eureka

8PM - SyFy - Hey, Eureka is back for a night! And so are Haven and Warehouse 13! And they're all Christmas episodes! Wheeeeee!

On Thin Ice: Into the Arctic

9PM - Animal Planet - Hey, are you depressed yet? No? Maybe watching this documentary on the thinning polar ice caps will do the trick.

Sons of Anarchy

10PM - FX - Part two of the season finale. I still say you can't have a two-part finale--only a penultimate and ultimate episode--but whatever, not complaining, especially since it sounds like more seasons are on the way, guaranteed.

Covert Affairs

10PM - USA - Season finale, in which affairs are dealt with. Covertly.

Teen Mom

10PM - MTV - And just as we lose those two fine shows, this garbage starts back up again with its second season premiere. Eff.

The only Christmas special I really want to see this year is Santa Clause is Coming to Town.

I guess it's better than Country Music Awards?

Oh, Syfy original programming. Why are you so awful lately? Actually, I did find Alphas to be pretty good.

It would be better if it was A Hamm and Buble Christmas.

Buble's an awesome singer. I might actually check that out.

Or, like, Netflix. Heck, I might just pop in some Earth Defense Force and shoot up some bugs with strangers online through my PS3.

I'm still bitter about Eureka being cancelled but their Christmas episodes have always been fun because they are completely stand alone.
