Do you count cancelled movies?

I was wondering if this site counts cancelled movies like X-Men Origins: Magneto, Silver Surfer and Venom.

I know GiantBomb counts cancelled games like Star Wars Battlefront 3 and it had a page for Duke Nukem Forever when it was still in "limbo"

Usually if a movie is planned and gets cancelled we keep it in the database but from what I recall we don't want you adding already cancelled movies to the wiki.

X-Men Origins Magneto actually became X-Men: First Class. Since you can't leave the release date field blank, we can't really have cancelled films in the database.

@VioletEyedDragon: That would require me to keep track of every movie ever cancelled and every movie in our database. Pretty much impossible. I remember that Magneto movie being deleted, I think, because it was known that it was now Origins.

@FinalDasa: oh i don't expect the mods to go through and delete them all. I just thought that if they came across it or someone posted that they should delete it that they would.

@VioletEyedDragon: Sometimes its a good idea to leave a cancelled movie because it could turn out to be something else. But it isn't such a big problem as you might think, happens maybe a handful of times a year?

I don't know if we have an official site policy, but I think we should only keep cancelled movies if they're big or somewhat relevant. I know that's a vague statement, but it helps stop the database from getting overly-crowded.
