Your most anticipated animated films?

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

If anything, I'm just trying to compile a list of animated films for my own personal benefit. But in the interest of supplying a redeemable topic, what are your most anticipated animated films? I am really psyched for The Lorax. I want to be psyched for Brave but after watching the trailer I was left thinking, "not only does this remind me of How to Train Your Dragon, but it's not as creative, either."

Well, since USA hasn't got it yet (and the rest of the world has seen it), you should be anticipating the new Studio Ghibli film, Arrietty. Which is a great film. Just don't forget the tissues. Oh man did I bawl my eyes out at the end!

Also excited to see Arrietty as well. I have a good gut feeling about seeing it. No other animated films at this momernt, though (Except for the K-On! Movie, which will premiere in the US sometime next year).

Tintin for sure.

Brave, though I think that one goes without saying. I'm ready for a little Pixar redemption after Cars 2.

Only the next two Evangelion movies.

Brave is the easy answer, but yeah, probably Brave. I'm more curious than excited to see how Frankenweenie looks.

Consider me an alacritous cinema-goer whenever the the topic of Pixar is broached.

Brave and the claymation pirate film by the guys who made Arthur Christmas, drawing a blank on that one. Tintin looks ok, I don't know of the comics and the trailers have given off an ok maybe bad vibe to me

Ho-ho-ho!
Ho-ho-ho!

Brave, of course and as Black_Rose said above, Evangelion 3.0 Q: Quickening and Evangelion: Final (whenever that appears). I've been looking forward to The Goon, but I haven't heard any news regarding it since the trailer appeared in 2010. The film's website suggests they've run into funding troubles and I read in a The Atlantic online piece that it's unlikely to be finished since animation made just for older teens/adults has no audience in the West. So from traditional animation creators Frankenweenie from Tim Burton and Walt Disney Pictures should be neat since the original short film is curious to say the least. And, from Dreamworks I'm interested in Rise of the Guardians which appears to be about Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy and Jack Frost banding together to defeat the Boogieman. The recently released advance poster is very cool. Yes, another How To Train Your Dragon sounds nice and I liked the previous Despicable Me, so I'll be looking out for the sequel, but neither really create much enthusiasm since the original "magic" won't be there. Still, I am fickle so if Pixar announced my long awaited Incredibles sequel, I'd be first in line at the theaters.

When I saw the thread title the only animated movie I could think of was Brave, so perhaps that? Reading through the rest of the comments, Pirates by Aardman is probably the one that I'm most looking forward to, weird that I couldn't think of it off the top of my head though.

Also Aladdin - whenever they decide to re-release it in theaters (PLEASE DISNEY!)
