The hotshot lawyer who was past his prime, he was so desperate for cases that he would go to funerals of random people and give them his card. He later gets a medical malpractice case in which the doctors gave a pregnant woman the wrong anisthetic which put her into a coma and killed the baby. After his chief medical witness disappears he tries his hardest to fight against a lawyer who was studying the case for 18 months while he had only been studying it for about 10 days. He wins and it is unknown what becomes of his law profession after the case. He is a very addicted alcoholic which is related to his wife leaving him after he was arrested and charged with tampering with a jury. He also had 4 cases in 3 years in which he lost every one of them. He also enjoys going to the bar and playing pinball and drinking raw eggs, he also likes buying drinks for everyone there and telling them jokes. He later starts up a relationship with a woman he met at the bar, they later have sex but he then finds out that she was reporting back to the prosecuting attorney. When he finds out he punches her. At the end of the case she calls him, it is unkown if they get back together or not.
