This episode struck me as worthy enough for a forum post. I am a changed man after this episode. An angry man. And a changed man.

At the risk of spoiling anything, I'll leave it at that.

This episode was extremely well done. Some crazy-ass shit though, huh?

This story is unlike any other as far as I'm concerned. So good.

this show should win any award that comes its way, and peter dinkelage and his buddy have to be the best scripted characters i have seen in a long time....

i cant wait till next week, but at the same time i dont want it to end.....

The crazy thing is the insanity is just beginning. I can honestly say that everyone I was watching it with who didn't know what was coming were horrified, angry and sad. I think that shows how well made this was. It will be bittersweet to see the season finale next week.

When I read it in the books I was taken aback, to do that, on a big television show is huge. It's something the creators of LOST wanted to do early on as well.

Additionally there's a lot more where that came from next week. Glad the show has been able to deliver on the book.

I knew what was happening and still felt all those things.

Ep was amazing.

I just feel like hitting my face in the wall repeatedly. The one thing I had to get spoiled about in advance, the one thing. :(

your mother was a whore......but yeah, seeing it happen on screen and having read it before, definitely makes you feel some strong emotions.

Grr why is this show doing bad things to all the character I Like ugg i need to read more of the book im trying to not spoil the show by reading the books. I kinda called it though since that actor generally ends up that way.

Just watched on my dvr. Only thing I can say is "...wow" I totally didn't see that coming. I hope that little inbred shit king dies in a fire. Can't wait for Rob Stark to take the helm.

Man, I want that little bastard King killed so bad. Killed right in the face...

And the wait for season two will be a very long one. I reckon I may have to just get the books on my Kindle and have at them while I wait.

I don't know what to say after seeing that. Season 2 better come fast!!!

Yeah, amazing stuff even for someone who has read the books. Trust me when I say if you are thinking about picking up the books after the finale next week, you will not be dissapointed. And don't worry about ruining the show experience, it has still been thrilling all the way through. In fact there are probably lots of things you appreciate more knowing how the book differs and the choices they make on screen. O-mazing.

I think the only appropriate response is "Fuuuuuuckl!!!"

I'm always glad whenever any work of fiction is able to do what the show did at such an early point. It's a great way to shatter the character shield and leave things unpredictable.

I knew this was coming, but I still got covered in goosebumps and had shivers down my spine. I'm so glad that I have a lot to do this week so that the waiting for the last episode at least feels less.

You're in for a rough ride later on. Understand there are a good number of books ahead, the moment you start caring about someone you should start worrying about them. Is it confirmed this is the season finale? There's a good chunk of the first book left to get through.

@angelkanarias: luckily for us, there's one more episode next week!
