Are they going to be able to fit everything in one season because that book was pretty massive?
I've heard that it will it will be split into two seasons.

I heard (dunno where from) that they are no longer doing it books to seasons. They are just putting the events where they fit. They have basically already confirmed that the huge event in Book 3 will be in season 3, that was around 2/3 of the way in, so I'd put that as season finale.
